If you believe your unit to be defective, please read our warranty policy.

RainStick Shower offers a 30 day return policy subject to return shipping and restocking fees. To prevent any unnecessary returns, we encourage you to review our Pre-Installation Checklist prior to purchasing. RainStick Shower can only accept returns on products purchased directly from our website rainstickshower.com. If you have purchased from one of our dealers, please return to the place of purchase for further support.

To qualify for a return you must:

1. Submit a return request within 30 days of delivery.
2. The item must be in new and saleable condition. If the item has been installed it will not be eligible for return.
3. The item must be disassembled, as was originally delivered and
4. The item must be shipped in the original packaging with all components. 

Please note that returns are subject to the following conditions:

1. A fixed restocking fee of $250 USD will be deducted from the total refund.
2. Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping at a fixed rate of $150 USD to be deducted from the total refund.
3. Any shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded.
4. Product(s) must be authorized for return by RainStick prior to sending. Any items returned without authorization will be ineligible for refund.

1. Submit your return request via our form.
2. RainStick Support will contact you via email to confirm return eligibility and provide a prepaid shipping label.
3. Repackage the product and all components in the original packaging.
4. Print the shipping label attached to your return confirmation email and affix it to the package. RainStick Support will advise whether a pick-up has been arranged with the courier or the location for drop-off.
5. Upon receipt of the return, RainStick will inspect the product. Please allow 2 weeks upon delivery for RainStick to process your refund.
6. RainStick will issue the refund minus applicable fees to the original method of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

Please note if your returned item is not received at our Warehouse or it is not in the original and saleable condition, RainStick reserves the right to withhold the refund.
