LIMITED WARRANTY
Pledge Resource Managers Inc. (d/b/a RainStick Shower) (“RainStick”) warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the RainStick Shower and the RainStick Handheld Shower (the “RainStick Products”) are free from material defects in material and workmanship under conditions of normal installation, use and care for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, provided that the original consumer purchaser owns the same home in which the RainStick Products were first installed. This warranty cannot be transferred or assigned. 

WHAT RAINSTICK WILL DO
RainStick will repair or replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period (as described above), any part or finish that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and care. If repair or replacement is not practical, RainStick may, at its sole discretion, elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. These are the original consumer purchasers’ exclusive remedies.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover: 

1. damage to a RainStick Product resulting from assembly or installation error;
   
2. damage to RainStick Products resulting from a cause other than a material defect in material or workmanship, including, without limitation, misuse, abuse, use not in accordance with the RainStick user guide or unreasonable use of the RainStick Products;
   
3. damage to RainStick Products resulting from neglect, poor maintenance, use of a cleaner not recommended by RainStick, failure to follow applicable care and cleaning instructions. Proof of purchase of RainStick Original Cleaning Product may be required at time of claim to ensure the RainStick Products have been properly maintained;
   
4. accident relating to use of or transportation of the RainStick Product;
   
5. any RainStick Product that is purchased from unauthorized dealers or sellers;
   
6. RainStick Products that are installed outside of RainStick Shower’s Service Area. RainStick Shower’s Service Area includes: Canada, United States;
   
7. RainStick Products that are installed in an outdoor setting or Recreational Vehicle (RV) or any setting that does not meet RainStick Shower’s Pre-Installation Guidelines; and
   
8. RainStick Showers that are installed in a seasonal dwelling where winterization is required but not performed resulting in damage to the supply lines and/or onboard mixer.

REGISTRATION
You must register your RainStick Products for warranty with our Warranty Registration Form.

CLAIMS
For all warranty claims, the original purchase receipt will be required to verify the purchase date.
