Can I install a RainStick Shower in my RV?
At this time it is not recommended to install RainStick’s recirculating shower system in an RV. We are working to develop a recirculating shower for RV’s so if you are interested please subscribe to our email list.
Does RainStick use grey water? Am I using someone else's water?
RainStick is not a grey water system and you will never be using someone else’s water! RainStick only uses fresh supplied water at the start of each shower and no water is stored in between uses. At the end of each shower, an automated cleaning session starts to guarantee that each new use is hygienic. This also prevents hard water from forming and keeps the built-in UV LED optimized.
A timer for when this cleaning session starts can be scheduled on the RainStick Shower App with 45, 60, or 90-second delay start time options.
When will my RainStick Shower ship?
Orders typically take 8-12 weeks depending on your location. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
