Let's complete your install
The RainStick Shower must be commissioned to complete the installation, and verify that the Shower has been installed correctly and runs efficiently. Improper operation can lead to damaged components and increased operational noise. The 2-year manufacturer’s warranty will only be activated upon successful completion of the Commissioning Procedure. If not completed the warranty will be void.
The Commissioning Procedure must be completed by the Installer with a RainStick Product Success Manager via a virtual call.
